One of the first questions I ask myself at the end of each day: Did I exercise today?

Although perhaps this seems obvious, it is the act of asking that helps improve your chances of doing it again.


1. Positive Affirmation (if you did do it) sparks a cycle of repeat
2. Positive Encouragement (if you did NOT do it) incites you to want to try tomorrow
