Lately, I've been noticing bad things with caffeine.

Yes, I've read the articles saying that drinking 1-2 cups of caffeinated coffee a day are fine for runners and for runners' health. I know coffee is not inherently a horrid thing for my health as both a human and a marathoner. However, my coffee problems seem to be pretty wide reaching. Of late when I've had a cup, I've noticed shaking hands and an increased heart rate. The only thing that can diminish said symptoms, it seems, is going on a run - where I let out some of the steam and help the toxin run itself through my system.

Have you had any bad experiences with caffeine?

I'm going back to caffeine-free Good Earth for awhile, thank you.
