Following up on the comment on why I love to ride the exercise bike (because it feels like a treat to read a novel while I exercise), I wonder what you do to multi-task when you run. Especially during marathon training seasons when long runs are all that more frequent - how do you stave off the boredom?

Do you talk on the phone?
Do you listen to books on tape?
Do you listen to music?
Do you run on a treadmill so you can watch the news?
