Why on each would you not want to go outside to go for a run?

If you're in a beautiful new locale, what better reason to go look at the sites than run, you might say. True, but not always possible. As a single woman traveling alone, safety should always be your number one concern. If you find yourself in any of the following situations, seriously consider opting for the indoor gym.

1. You are alone.
2. It is nighttime. (Unless you are planning to go outside and run on a private track in a gated community in Tuscany, if it's night and you aren't in your hometown - don't do it;))
3. You don't know where you are and might be get lost.
