What if you could run the speed of a cheetah?

Okay, perhaps it's not realistic to imagine yourself dashing across the plains like our fastest mammal, but there are some good, solid ways that you can become a better runner, slowly and surely.

Tip #1

Bring a watch. How can you expect to get better if you don't use a real stopwatch. Although many runners these days have begun to opt for only checking their ipod to tell time, having a real stop watch makes a difference both practically and psychologically.

This week - take the same route four times, aiming to reduce your times by 30 seconds for every 11 minutes of running.
